will leave well alone then. Ive havnt had a chance to check the pipes properly, but ive checked the DV pipe that comes off the top nipple and thats fine and a few around the N75. Im going to start replacing some of the piping with 3mm bore samco hosing. Check the intercoller pipe that comes to the top and no leak there....just a note that i car has taken a few hits from underneath as i didnt realise how low it was and it doesnt like ditches. Its an ibiza cupra. I read a thread on hair from cupraTgirl and had same problems and hers was a split pipe.

you may need to look here then

not sure but looking at the pic it could be the sensor on the intercooler pipe .........if you look under the car theres a sensor atteched to a plastic intercooler pipe that obviously goes to the intercooler check that for loose wires or faulty sensor the n75 isnt the problem ive tried all the n75`s out there and the F is the best C is standard on the ibiza

will have to whack it on a ramp...thanks for giving me another line of enquiry mate. Do you now how much these sensors are, and would it be before the intercooler or afer?

very unlikely its the map sensor to be honest , n249 and n75 more than likely i'm having boost control issues as well and i'm hoping its one of the will no at the end of the month when i can afford to change them

carry out a boost leak test on your car or a smoke test and then take it from there if you find no leaks then you've narrowed it down to DV, n249 or n75

I'm getting a boost leak test on Thursday, I'm hoping it's not my lower compression pistons that are causing higher boost meaning it's throwing it into limp.... I don't have an N249 valve any more so it can't be that. What about MAF? I have been playing with my N75 a lot recently and I wonder if I've broken it lol. Think I will buy a replacement just in case.

have you unplugged the maf to see if makes a difference ? in regards to n75 it is possible cause its quite fragile and flimsy

yep its been remapped. When i first brought the car, it was pushing about 15 psi, then all of a sudden, it just goes to 5-7. But whenever i restart the engine, it will push to about 10 and go back to 5-7... getting very frustrated!!!!!!!

i had this problem i changed all the silicone hoses and it holds 15psi all the time now well until you hit 5500rpm and replaced the n75 hoses aswell i thought it was a small boost leak

I'm having boost problems with mine, it boosts to 20psi then drops straight away and holding 14psi till around 4500-5000rpm then drops again to 8psi at redline.
it has only just starting to do this as before it would boost to 20psi then slowly drop to 16psi till 5500rpm then slowly drop to 12psi at redline.
I just want to check these may be the symptoms of a n75 valve failing
