What's the pd160 got

Whats the pd160 got that the pd150 hasn't ? Is it just a simple ecu alterations?

Would it not have a different air intake because its in a different engine bay ( comparing a Leon to an Ibiza ) or is it sized differently?

As far as I know it's sized differently / more efficient as they are a much sought after modification for the lesser engines. Wont fit the Leons though as you say.

The Leon 150 intercooler is about twice the size of and standard Ibiza one, even the cupra. The 150 cooler is huge!

Yes, the intake in the Leon is fine, doesnt need upgrading and is bigger than the ibiza as standard. Same for the Intercooler.
