Just out of interest, what did the garage give you for that?

Sorry for the delay in replying mate, I somehow missed your post!

I got £1000 for the 1.2. I had hoped for a little more than that, but that was the figure most garages ended up at. Possibly I could have done a little better selling privately, but I couldn't be bothered with all the hassle to do it that way.

54 plate cupra 1.8t done 92k had done 77k when i bought it. cincro mesh gone on changing to 2nd, head gasket went after a week of having it. will have had it 2 years in april runs well for the mileage, anything else i should lookout for?

NOW with brand spanking new engine from SEAT thou and its better than ever!!
