It's bin a while....

So I thought maybe this could do with some new pictures and maybe a few comments from you guys of either what you think or other ideas for the list i know there are several more but its nice to hear others opinions

Shortly after these at the later part of last year somebody decided to pull out on me on a round about so i thought id add a few from the workshop whilst she was poorly lol.

The Damage was at the front end passengers side but i had a few minor details i wanted removed so i had front and rear bumpers both sprayed.

A few days later i couldnt help but get the Dodo Juice out and give her a treat as it had bin a while.

I managed to get my hands on a K & N filter a little while back not the jetex i wanted but a good substitute.This is the only photo i have at the moment so i will make sure i get some more including my new heatshield

Nice car, the only thing im not a fan of is the rear smoked lights, dont suit the car in my opinion,

Ok so there was a bit of a farse and i dont seem to be able to remove what i have done so i will re post the pictures until i can find a way of correcting the thread

Thas cool bud i've bin looking for an oem set but smoked(and legal ) for ages but it was always lexus lights and the ones that stick out a mile from the car these ones are the only legal set i like but there not for everyone i spose i still have the originals if it makes you feel any better

As for stealth, I'd debadge the wings and loose the red sticker behind the front wheel. Also Get rid of the chrome up front, and remove, or get SCN stickers in an different colour. Maybe grey on black or even matte black on black??

Otherwise, car looks very nice and shiny!!

No i bought them pre-made i will have a look at yours though the red stickers are dubweiser stickers i spose as a stealth car you would'nt have them but then again everybodys different.I like the idea of losing the chrome but I'm thinking of carbon wrapping the chrome or should I jus go for a gloss black effect what do you reckon?I know engine wise there hasen't bin alot done but gradually i will get there when funds allow (House and Mrs eat most of my funds ). I'm looking at purchasing the samco intake hose and turbo hose in red as i like the red and black theme going on but i have found samco hoses in camo do you think thats a bit much or do you think that ties in well with stealth ?????

That would be proper stealth lol. Wrapping might work, but I for one are thinking about matte black grilles etc.. Maybe with a gloss splitter?

Hahaha i knew you would say that so that is a thumbs up then for camo?Yeah that is a hard one for me to many speed bumps so would be painting splitter all the time But i will have a think i really am swayed to having a carbon fibre S and the surround gloss black or the opposite way round

LOL i like the camo pipes but camo car to much for me lol hahaha maybe if i had a showcar .Ok yeah i will take more of a look I have seen a few before but some look good and some look pants I will let you know what i decide cheers for your comments.

Dumpy has arrived

It's here woohoo quick browse on ebay and a for under half the price a next to new split-R appeared and yes i know what some of you will say buuuuuuuut after alot of consideration between that and the 007p i wanted to try the Split-r.

After a quick pop to Wilcos motorstore to pick up some Jubilee clips the fitting began...

....and guess what i had no boost it ran like a 1.6 8v(not precise but just an example ) So i rang Jamie at Forge motorsport and with a little advice due to the poor set up of the previous owner of the dump valve she was back and boosting perfect:No warning lights on the dash,no hesitation and an awesome BOV sound.Although i am running re-circ with the blanking plate in it did also run fine with the atmospheric cone too so to be honest I don't know what all the fuss has bin about I think both Dump valves are fine but i guess i will see what difference there is when I take the car for the stage 1 map.Next i'm looking to run a cold air feed to the induction filter any suggestions as i have seen a few but a few opinions always help
