Droolin'ell! They look good! I'm sold. Ordering like NOW! :D

Many thanks fella!:thumbup::cheers:

Now, less than 30 mins after ordering, I'm frustrated and sick of waiting .

They'd best hurry up :p

Okay, my deflectors were tagged last night 775 miles away in Germany. Damned bank holidays! :thumbd::mad:

They need to speed up. I thought they were supposed to be aerodynamic

I've had the HEKO's on my Leon, but sold them about a year ago, after getting bored. Each day this Thread comes back to the top, Im tempted to buy another set!

....but then I see them on some Vauxhall Astra / Ford Focus, out on the road, then decide I dont want to be tagged as some 'boy racer', like that.

Very few cars have them here! If anything i see them more on like 50 year old mens kia sorento and toyota ravs!

had mine about a week now I'm sure there is a bit of wind noise at or around the motorway speed limit that wasn't there before not a lot but I can here something

No surprise really. You have 2 (just front) or 4 (front and back) huge pieces of plastic now added into the window channels / deflecting out behind the pillars - its for sure affecting airflow (so they are doing their job). ;)

Be careful if you have the rear windows open + rear deflectors on the motorway doing 70mph+ as they can be more prone to dropping out (if not secured in well).

Got the set of 4 with a full compliment of clips so fingers crossed they will be OK doing 70 with front windows down they have been fine rears I'll keep my eye on them but very rare for someone to be in the back let alone with the windows open :)

My HEKO wind deflectors just arrived :D
I've read in this thread that there isn't enough tape on them to secure them... is this right?
If so, which double sided tape would people recommend I use?

Dont use spongy number plate tape

S.E.C.T. - I just noticed your trance mixes! That'll be me for the night then... Biggest trance head you ever did meet ;) I'll let you know the verdict :):funk:

And thanks. What do you reckon I should use?

Enjoy the tunes!

No idea about tape bud, I tried number plate tape but it was gash

No worries, I've been looking for the double sided 3m stuff that's already on it, but I can only find the foam stuff, and that'll turn into a big dirty mess!

Will try them at weekend as-is and see how we get on.

Pics to follow on Sat/Sun!
