waaaaheyyyyyyy!

picked up my new wheels after faffin around and figuring how im going to get 16"inch borbets on a leon .... all for £380 with tyres thanks to my best buddy ebay!

well ive done it after grinding most of my front calipers down to get them on

back wheels went straight on, front needed to grind some of the side of the caliper and 10mm spacers ....... BOOOOOOOM!

All wheels are sitting on 165/50/16 with 9J on the rear and 7.5J on the front

hope you like it ...... oh and before you say im waiting for my coilovers in the post, but currently on 40mm lowering springs :D

I'd have to wait until it is decked to see what i think.

im not a fan of the borbets on most cars so im not sure. bit like the ronal turbos dont like them either.

Oh dear...there not an attractive wheel are they.

How low are you planning on going with this? I don't think your going to quite get the look and its will be undriveable.. The bottom of the car will be smashing on everything. Mines bad enough.

Hope I'm wrong.

Mines on jom, rear adjusters out on the back and I can go about 10mm lower on the front. The bottom of my car (mainly subframe) is very close to the floor and undertray is about 1.5" off the floor. Your rolling radius will be much smaller than mine....you will be on the floor mate..

Nice rims but no way ur getting it low enough and able to drive ,,, shame there not bigger rims

16's are too small for a leon, they's look good on a mk2 golf tho.
As said if you go decking it ur going to have major clearance issues

Glad to see something different, allthough They're not my favourite either..

Are the tyres the same rolling radius as the previous ones you had on? They look too small for the Leon arches? If so, the speedo will be out...

Then thought this.
Maybe if the rolling radius were greater/std it would look better..

Not sure if your gonna be able to go low enough, even on air ride, not without sufficient notches lol

But I quite like it, something different
