Received my new dogbone mount and proceeded to strip it and fit a new Powerflex bush:
Torqued the bolt to 15lbsft, so will fit it 2moro and find out how it handles...............

oh and polished my headlights last night as they were looking a tad gritty:
Started off with 2000 wet & dry then finished off with Meguires 83 polish with cardboard, must admit it's like night and day

Just finished installing 25mm eibach front ARB, new powerflex bushes in the front, new balljoints, new track rod ends, new drop links. I have also modified powerflexed dogmount to get less vibration from it ( drilled it in few places ) and it worked perfectly.
Next week i want to change rear beam with powerflex bushes and i will try moding old Front ARB to fit in the rear

You shouldve changed the idle speed via vagcom to reduce vibrations, also the dogbone needs to even out a bit. Could also be the flexbolt was fastenened too hard
