I am about to install my JL 650s components but not sure what wires to use to for the crossover

I see as standard there is 4 wires into the speaker so is it any of those or is their separate ones in the door Wires somewhere as I think it has crossovers already?

Or are two of the wires on the speaker feeding up to the tweeter meaning it has not got crossovers.
Thanks

Std. set up wont have crossovers.
If fitting component speakers use new better speaker wire for best results & connect new wire to crossovers IN connection then feed out to main speakers & tweeters from OUT connections on crossovers....Simples...

What wires do use for the in connection as there is 4 going into the standard speaker ?

Had these components in 3 cars but there has always been just two

Never had the panels off the door so unsure on what is there, unless someone has previously fitted crossovers,in which case you will need to find them.
I assume by 4 wires you mean 4 x doubles ?

Instead of the usual 2 wires (neg & pos) into the speaker, in the Leon there is 4 into the speaker (2x neg & pos)

Maybe one pair do feed off to the tweeter but I can't tell as all the wires are inside cotton cable wrap....which is why I was wondering if there is a crossover and asked where the main positive and negative wire is to run straigt into my new crossover.

Think I will test each pair at a time that are on the speaker as standard and if one set douse not work then it must mean the second pair just a feed up to the tweeter.
