picked up my new cupra r on saturday, chucked spare keys in glovebox till i get back to london, popped out to car, blipped open boot and left keys in there
WAS NOT F'IN HAPPY!!! :p
 
Removed the new Cupra steering wheel that I fitted on yesterday because after fitting and checking online, I found out that there are infact alignment markers on the steering wheel & on the point where the steering wheel mounts on to, and yesterday I placed the new steering wheel into place without knowing this and aligned it up the best I could & hoped for the best. After re-fitting everything and taking out for a test drive, the wheel had to be positioned to the left slightly to drive straight :doh:

Worrying that I did not align it correctly, I took it to bits again today and as soon as I removed the large centre bolt holding the wheel in place, I realized that the wheel & mounting point alignment markers were actually bang on, so all along it was my steering tracking that is slightly out! :doh: :doh: ahh well, live and learn ayy lol.

Picked up my new passenger window regulator and just about to head into town, hope the weather stays good cos I'll get that window reg sorted today :D
