What do you think will be hard about it? Did you do the upper 3?
I'm not going to fibreglass anything...? I will just cut to shape and glue in. That's what I'd like to do, to keep the badge, but I think it would be hard....
Looks very tidy mate, a top job by the bodyshop
Can't wait to see it fitted!
Cheers mate, im ordering some headlight tinting as well so that should be the front end sorted this weekend![]()
You going for the one I did my rear lights with or something else?
That is a bonus mate. Patience is the biggest thing when you're doing it. I didn't have much, lol.
Use a hairdryer to heat it right up as well mate, flattening it out as you layer it on the lights with a debit card or similar or even a microfibre and work it on to reduce any bubbles left in the material. You might get some but the material should be breathable and the bubbles will go over time once it's outdoors on the car.
Cheers Tom that sounds very similar to what i did with the carbon wrap, using a microfibre is a good idea thoughThe most annoying bit with doing this sort of thing apart from the bubbles, is going round edges, frustrates the life out of me.
Yours did come out nice, are you gonna do the fronts as well?
Haha I hear you, just really take your time and don't lose your cool with it. Took a few hours to get mine right but it was worth it in the end and they're sorted then for good.
Not done the fronts mate, I'm not sure if it's too dark the tint I bought. Might try some out that I've got left over and see what it looks like.
Love red Lcr's nice example you have there
The finish on the bumper looks really good mate should look great when its fitted.
