Do you mean City Powder coaters? Yeah they are dirt cheap and the quality is good. I had these coated there once I had them done body colour but I didn't like it after awhile, cost me £20 a rim which ain't bad for 19's.

no just in my work car in a red Clio mk 1 did some work down there and some times fly by that way alot of the time, local to that area your see a few cupras around but not that much,ive the Leon cupra 180 in silver had it just over a yr now.
yeh that's the place in town by the bridge, my mate said there was a fair few alloys stacked up, with the price that cheap your still abit is the quality any good? But his is still holding up. Your alloys sprayed in black would look good as well, used to be a black LCR but written it off a few months ago up west brom,heard it was quick and clean when brought, shame of a car

Not many LCR's round by where I live, there are 2 I see regularly (black & red).

The quality is good a lot of people use them across loads of forums. When I was picking mine up from them he picked up one of the wheels to show me the finish but it slipped out of one of his hands and hit one of my other rims that was on the floor ouch! but neither of them had a mark on afterwards - the coating is very tough. And if you do kerb a wheel it ain't gonna break the bank to get it re done @£20.

I paid £70 a rim for Aerocoat to do mine, expensive but worth the extra IMO. Although I think City Powder Coaters do black chrome now, they didn't when I went there a few years back.

yeh I bet you was bit shocked when the alloy dropped but I guess its one of them like, if I seen you in my car ill beep yah lol.the queens way is opened back up again so nice blast through there then up he hagley mile haha,what power you running?ive heard there a good bit of power difference from the 180 to 225 for obvious reasons but just the how much more quicker is it?............had I bit more moneys id grab the LCR but I got my 180 for a good price pretty cheap imo,and it clean all in and out, seen a few LCR for a good price in stock form also need to get me a cobra exhaust and mapped up wolves, rear strut brace also.

Last time it was on the rollers was at Badger5 it made 280bhp (linear revo stage2), it's a quick car and imo 280bhp is plenty of power. I've not driven a 180 leon cupra so can't really comment or compare on that. The turbo back non res cobra exhaust does sound good, i'm running a 3" pipewerx dp & decat, milltek non res centre section and a custom back box it sounds nuts on full chat. When you get it mapped it will feel like a different car well worth the money.
