Rear Avon tyres all fitted and new rear OEM Delphi discs and pads on. Have coated the discs in lacquer (obviously not the faces)to prevent rust build up which I always hate with discs, how long it will last is anybody's guess but if it doesn't then VHT it will be.
Anyhow photos as per usual...
Have purchased my rear LED lights so should hopefully get them fitted next weekend. In the mean time I bought some LED reverse lights which are good but not as bright as normal 382 bulbs.

Another update, I was told the middle of last week that my LED rear lights were out of stock, pissed off is an understatement! But fear not I shall be getting these in August from a certain member on here if all goes well 
Back to the update, I have decided to follow the trend of the red LCR crew and started to refurb my wheels in Ford Graphite grey. I went with bright silver first of all as you don't see many red LCR's with this combo but over the past few weeks I became slightly bored of the look hense why I went with this including YELLOW calipers just to spice it up a tad.
Also changed my hose from my catch can to the oil filter housing to a braided version as the silicone one was starting to seep vapour through and would probably split within a few more months. P.S cutting braided hose is probably the most frustrating job to do without the right tools and painful as well, which I found out today.

Engine bay looks ace as always. Top work! Hope you keep the car so I can check in once mine has long gone, although it may make me miss mine, lol. LED lights are yours mate, found my old oem ones at the weekend so I just need to get round to getting them off and they're good to sort out for you.

Thanks mate means a lot that! Well I'll keep updating on here even though it is very quiet atm, and also on FB. But I'm sure we will meet up on a VAG meet or something along the lines just to make you want yours back
No rush with the lights anyway, even though they are the top of my wish list!

A little update as usual, I finally took a few snaps of how my LCR now looks with the darker wheels refurb.
Finally got my LED rear lights from Tom on here as he's taking some mods off of his car ready to sell up. This has always been an eager mod for me to do and I'm very pleased on how they look. Was surprised at first on how dark they are compared to the OEM ones but Tom did apply LaminX to them which I think was a good choice as they are shall I say.... quite blingy.
Exterior wise now I'm not sure what to. Wheels will probably be next year and then possibly rear diffuser fins?

10 years of dirt and grime under the lights, so needed a well earned clean.
and they're on
A new more powerful battery will be going on as well, nothing wrong with the current one but just wanted a higher amp one for piece of mind. Also a new N/S rear caliper will be going on soon as it's sticking slightly causing the brakes to hum when lightly tapping the brake pedal at low speed. Changed the rear discs twice now and it's still doing it so changing the caliper it is unfortunately

Looks much better with the darker wheels and yellow calipers makes it stand out more mate.Also liking the rear lights !
Thanks mate, well with these LED lights they do tend to run out of stock pretty quickly, so grab them off of FK's site if you fancy treating yourself.
I'm still up for London, next couple of weekends I'm busy, Edition 38 etc. But after then I should be good.
Cheers Mark, I had to be different with something and I know the yellow callipers are not to everyones taste but I'm sure as hell pleased with them.
Yeah bud had them out twice now, cleaned them out and it's still bad if not worse. Even hums when driving at low speed without braking?!
I do have this to go on anyway when pay day arrives!
