Which exhaust option are you going for?

Full turbo back system,200 cell sports cat downpipe and having prestige silencer then oval exit :D

EDIT: Just seen where your from im guessing you'll be getting yours posted and sorting your own fitting out?

No mate not having the valve as i wanted the exhaust note to be different right through the rev range and not just on boost.

Thats fair enough,how did lockys exhaust sound on tickover when you heard it,im thinking about changing my order to the prestige sport now rather than the full prestige as i dont want loads of noise which is why ive gone for the powervalve but i still want to notice it on boost but not too much lol such a difficult desicion to make.

It sounds sweet mate really nice. Best way I can describe the three different types is it's like the three bears porridge lol

Sports is to hot,powervalve is to cold and the prestige is just right :)

Yes it's a tough decision but believe we have made the right choice.
 
Ive not driven since I got back from the fitting and all this exhaust banter is making me wonder why!

I guess the main difference with the sports powervalve Al has ordered compared to the systems we have is it will be quieter all the way until the valve opens on boost then it will be louder because of the sports silencer. Its gonna be more 'all or nothing' than a non-powervalve system.

Cruising at 70-80 the sports prestige just about drowns out the noise from my Bridgstones :)

Push the throttle (which is much sharper than before) and it lets out a very pleasant roar. The sort of roar the head lion lets out after nailing the hottest lioness while the other fellas watch ;) ;)

Car looks brilliant mate, think I'll get some plasti dip and do my lower front Spolier cupra style on the MK3 when it eventually arrives.
