eventful day

got sick of my Cupra sounding like a diesel so bought a new cam chain and tensioner.
Bit of an epic but got there in the end.

Fuel pump cam follower still looking good after 20k miles. will probably replace it at the new service.

And got these to fit tomorrow.

You can either use self tapping screws or nut and bolts.

Yeh like Jarre says, self tappers or the nuts/bolts that come with the splitter. As you can see from the pictures it makes a world of difference to neutralise how high the front bumper is compared to the rest of car.

Got some headlight tint film today, ordered some plasti-dip, a gearbox mount and picked up my new Nilfisk titan from Argos
