Gave the car a quick wash and wax. Love Natty's Paste, it's so easy to use. And although it looks a bit rubbish a lot of the time, I do think Inferi Black must be about the nicest looking paint finish when it's freshly waxed and the sun's out. ( I may be biased...)

I would have, only the very second I finished buffing off the last of the wax, the wife jumped in it and took it to work! I should have confiscated the keys really, but 20:20 hindsight and all that...

I'm getting my revenge by drinking gin and tonic while speccing up a brand new Leon Cupra ST with all the toys ....

I won't be doing anything to my car for a while or driving it. Ruptured my ligaments in my knee playing footy last night. Facing a few months off work and driving :(

Fitted my custom boost gauge vent pod :)

Oh that sucks! Well at least you can brush your teeth without looking like you having rabis as I cant. Had carpaltunnel surgery and I can tell you that miss lefty aint good for nothing.

Last tweak before pod tomorrow was fitting my revo engine and gearbox mounts, wow what a difference is all I can say at the moment

I got a 704 powerflex lower engine mount when they fitted my BCS and just that alone has made things feel a lot 'tighter' is all I can say, plus its got rid of a slight vibration I had also when pulling away.

How long was your recovery time? I was set to be playing at the Riverside Stadium in 6 weeks for a charity match and I'm gutted I won't be able to play.

Well, the first time that I ruptured it I reckon I was out of action for almost three months. After an MRI and some cryotherapy cuff treatment/physio I was fighting fit once again.

The second time it was only about 5 weeks. The rupture was diagnosed after the MRI but it didnt feel like it did when I did it first time around. I started playing again but I knew it wasnt right. My knee couldnt fully straighted or bend for another month or so and even then it was never quite right.

The third and most recent time (beginning of February), I am only just getting back to playing now. I am scheduled for yet another MRI with the view to finally conceeding that I need to go under the knife. I have three games left to play this season so if I can get those out of the way then I will be happy.

Oh yeah, I play in goals so its an issue but not like it would be if I played outfield. Gutted for you about the charity match pal!
