for RESET, you can try FACTORY RESET=RESET LIGHTS SETTINGS in the car MENU.

default % level for the DRL:
if you have LED DRL original value=127, if normal bulb than 100.

Thanks I think I've got it working now but that's good to know if it starts acting weird - The problem was the dimming direction in the instructions translated as "zoom" which isn't an option. It needs to be "minimise".
It seems like the values from all the active groups are compared (light on + indicators on etc), it can ether take the highest light value or the lowest. If you want it to dim when indicating it needs to take the lower of the values.

So have I got this right tiredness recognition can be enabled if car has tech pack but rear seat belts monitor requires hardware and tech pack? I have tech pack a d would like to enable both these functions

I have tech pack too and im interested in tiredness enabling.
Does high beam assistent works front camera only?

EDIT: Anyone tested exhaust flaps open via vcds?does it make any difference?

Anyone on here used OBDeleven? Just got one and have enabled needle sweep on my Octavia.

Yeah I've got obdeleven. Done a few small jobs nothing really major - turned sound actuator down, refuel quantity, air con auto light. Not got round to doing 5 flash convenience indicator and auto fold mirror. I also fancy trying enabling safety pack features but info seems a bit vague

I am a bit confused about the different versions of VCDS cables.

If you buy the newest version, for instance 15.7, is it then backwards compatible with all the older versions?

Yes,i bought 15.7.1 and works like charm until feb 2016..no problems.

Guys,did anyone coded front blinkers as drl?
I want led and blinkers as drl,but only in sport mode.
All others modes only led is on as drl!

EDIT: found one on youtube,looks good did anyone tested it?

Got a new Leon arriving and want to do some changes, what is the latest version cable,

I have recently bought a OBDeleven device as I simply didnt want to spend the money needed for a VCDS cable, and also bought a PRO license along with it.
So far I am very pleased with it and it is a lot easier when you just need a phone (android) and an internet connection. Most of the coding mentioned on forums in regards of VCDS and rosstech cable also seems possible to do with the dongle. I haven't tried out that much yet, but so far I have changed:

Teardrop wipe
Mirrors fold on lock (no need to long press)
Interior door leds always red
Comfort signal set to 4 (instead of 3)
Disable driver profile led to always off


I am actually thinking of trying out the coding of led drl as blinkers.

Where did you get the coding from for teardrop wipe and mirror fold on lock?

I havent tested it yet, but will do next time I get the car back from wife..

i have tried three times without success to change mirror fold on lock and alarm chirp on lock, anyone any ideas?
when I check the app on my phone when connected to the obd it states that the alarm chirp is enabled-- starting to get aggravated

I have the obd eleven app and tried as per previous post.
The mirror fold keeps saying 'something went wrong' please retry.
The lock unlock chirp is advising enabled.. Wierd
