Coding and programming VCDS - How To Guides - MK3 Leon 5F

This has been put together from two members on Seatcupra.net JsyCuPrA (Kev) researching on the Internet and Phillips1795 (Zach) making the adjustment on JsyCuPrA MK3 Leon FR. Some images have been used from the ROSS-TECH website. http://www.ross-tech.com/vcds/tour/main_screen.html

AS ALWAYS DO AN AUTO SCAN OF THE CAR FIRST AND SAVE IT SO YOU HAVE THE ORIGINAL CODING IF SOMETHING SHOULD HAPPEN TO GO WRONG.

WE HOLD NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT YOU DO TO YOUR CAR SHOULD SOMETHING GO WRONG.

These eight adaptations below are the one’s we got working. Guide of the ones we weren’t able to get working or that didn’t want to activate are at the bottom. Some people have been successful and unsuccessful with the below.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Auto Scan – (Don’t take this step as an insult but it was a suggestion to add this to the guide step by step for first time users)

9. Once steps 7 & 8 are complete return back to the main VCDS home screen.
