Unplugging throttle body

Does unplugging your throttle body cause issues as i did this last year when i painted my inlet and when I put it all back together the car started as normal and drove just fine, ill be redoing my inlet as the paint has failed so going to get it powder coated. Just that I've read you need it re set if you unplug it but I had no issues.

I’ve seen pretty unanimously that if you unplug it it needs alignment after.

Hi bud, I thought this but like I said I've had no issues with it which seems strange with what I have read, I'll find out again next year when I take it off again to be powder coated lol. Fingers crossed

this is good to know yellow fr, well ill find out again at one point once warmer weather arrives.
