Hi Michael, your Formentor maybe on a ship called Comet Ace? My Formentor was on it and off loaded Friday morning, the ship has since started it’s way to Grimsby and due to arrive 25th of April at 2:50pm.
Think it must have been!

I've just had an update through this morning to say that mine has arrived at the UK Port an will be on its way to the dealer within the next 1-2 weeks

Not too long to wait now!

The red looks nice. I'm always out off with red cars though because personally I want the rear lights to stand out from the body colour instead of blendng in. Looks lovely though against the black and grey accents

Got me build week of 21 which is this month, should hopefully be in it the end of June 🙌😁. Quite a bit quicker than I was expecting

Been reading up on here for a while so thought it about time I registered. Ordered V2 190 on graphene grey 3weeks ago. Still waiting for any news on build date but like lots of others I think I might not get my hands on this car until August. Dealer had said he could tell me 8-10weeks (order form states 30th June matching this) but more likely 16weeks:(.
Out of interest, anyone got the 190 yet?

I ordered a V2 190 DSG in Magnetic Grey 2 weeks ago, got message today to say order accepted by the factory, my expected delivery date in 2nd week of SEPTEMBER!! 😮

Hey All - been here for a while and a few posts recently debating which version to order - finally placed my order with a leasing company 2 weeks ago exactly for a 'normal' V2 150bhp in White with the Safety Pack XL and Blue leather. I was very tempted by the VZ2 and was within budget but realistically speaking where i live i would barely get the chance to use the extra power and due to short journeys i would have been lucky if i ever went above 25mpg!

Therefore...V2 it was. Order Accepted but no build date yet but the dealer implied September, possibly even October! Not in a hurry as the more i wait the more things they can fix on the software side!

Hello all, I’ve got a VZ3 in Graphene Grey ordered. I’ve been told it could well be September before delivery, at least it will be on a new plate! I’m new to Cupra, coming from a Kia Stinger 3.3 GTS. I’m hoping the Formentor compares to the Kia’s performance, on the test drive I didn’t get the chance to find out.

To be clear my dealer has told me order has "been verified by CUPRA (Vehicle order No: xxxxxxxxx)" does this actually mean I could speak to someone about possible build date or do I just wait it out 'til I get told.

The anticipation is a kicker! I was all set to order Magnetic grey and then just decided on the day of test drive to go for Graphene grey - even though I've spent the last few years saying the colour looks like undercoat:D. lets hope things speed up at factory end at some stage

Evening all. Had a 290 previously which was pretty good fun then a year in a C63, Mrs has an Ateca so back to the fold for me as well.
So, it’s arrived, can you guess what it is yet? Lol.
Minor issue in that it’s got the “other” wheels which I wasn’t expecting.
To be honest,it was a stock vehicle and
I didn’t really take much notice of the wheels on the showroom car at the time, just assumed they’d be the same as all the photos and vids online.
It’s a VZ3, pan roof, black leather, tow bar. Matt Grey.
Now, I don’t like the wheels, they apparently (so I’ve been told) the new Uk standard but methinks that’s rubbish but they do look like the additional spokes are there for strengthening purposes as surely they wouldn’t put them on for any other reasons? The “normal” wheels are epic, these are just meh.
No idea what I’m going to do about it although I’ve not handed over any cash or signed any paperwork so could just walk away I suppose. Supposed to be picking it up Monday but really not that excited about it now as these will alway cheese me off.
Not the dealers fault, just a lack of dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s on both our parts.
Anyone have an opinion either way?

Nice little forum going on here, looking forward to some interesting reading :)
Thanks for having me .

The ones you don't like on your car are the standard VZ3 wheels and the ones you like are from the Edition which is a limited production run so not sure there is much you can do!

Welcome by the way!

Lol balls, I knew someone would come up with a sensible reply.
I might learn to live with them then I’d I don’t look at them

The wheels you like come in copper only if you spec Brembo brakes. At least in continental Europe. Wheels you don't like are an option, I have them on my car as I didn't want to get Brembos just to get copper accents on the wheels.

In my opinion, wheels look better in real life than on photos, but just like you, I would have probably picked the other option if it was available without Brembos.

On the upside, your (and my) wheels are much less common. 5 spoke version comes in copper accented and white accented version. Wheels with white accents are "stock". You may be able to get someone to swap wheels with you if you are fine with white 5 spoke versions :).

I have the copper Brembo brakes.
The two sets of wheels are both shown on the configurator. It’s not clear what ones are standard IMO.

UK has these preconfigured trim levels (VZ1, VZ2, VZ3) - VZ3 has brembo brakes and these multispoke rims that you aren't fan of. In the rest of Europe, these trim levels don't exist as such.

"Default" wheels for VZ are the 5 spoke version you linked but without the copper accents (they are in white).

Yea, just checked and now the 5 spoke ones are standard with no option to change.
That’s annoying. Hey ho.
