Well after several members having issues with their ACC and infotainment systems it looks like an upgrade to the V1803 firmware may be the solution.

My ACC and infotainment system is still not working correctly but a member of the Cupra Formentor group which I am a member has had his car in for an upgrade to v1803 and it seems to have sorted it out. I am still waiting for my Cupra case Executive to phone me on the way forward with my car.

Just go to settings and systeminformation. I'm still on 1666, I don't get an software upgrade notification
The kind of software updates we are talking about here are dealer performed rather than over the air.

The latest software for your car will be v1672 as you will have a revision B or C unit.

v1803 is only for revision D units or above and for people already with v17xx software.

v1803 cannot be applied to a revision B or C unit.

The revision refers to the Device Part Number. As you can see in my pic, mine is Revision B. As noted by the last digit.

These major updates are required to be done at a dealers and can take up to 5 hours.

Please report back, my car is working fine so I am not sure if I should schedule the upgrade.

Hi Glyn2190,

Did your car get the 1803 update? And if so how's it been since? Got a few niggles on mine and wondering if I should book it in.
Cheers

Picked up new car yesterday, it's running 1803 (as expected) but I get the ACC braking issues on maybe 20% of traffic I pass on the motorway.

I also have the sporadic wireless charger, and a strange bug where android auto album art displays but only for the song that was playing previously, so it's always lagging behind..
