Yes. May still be of relevance to someone.
May not be. :)

Mine was updated prior to collection on the 30th Dec, Cupra wouldn't release it and register it without confirmation that the recall had been completed - couldn't insure it without that, so a good safety net.

It all depends where you drive. If you have a lot of narrow roads in your area, lane assist might be dangerous.

Do you indicate when avoiding pothole or overtaking cyclist? You certainly don't want to be pulled to the left in such situations.
As you've implied I had thought reading the posts I'd be forced into ensuring I always indicated but having driven the car for a few weeks now, if its safe (checked mirrors etc) then I often don't indicate now to avoid potholes or moving into a different lane and just expect the subtle pull.
Appreciate may be different for others, but just wanted to offer people a different prospective.

Had an instance this morning where I was on my way to work. 70 (ish) on the M60 with ACC set at 75. Suddenly traffic ahead slowed, I kept my foot hovering over the brake, but the car quickly and smoothly slowed me down to 32mph before we began moving off again.
Also @Agnes.Surrey many thanks for your ACC tip, having now changed my individual mode to Cupra ACC, the acceleration is much much better. Thank you ??

This is my experience also. The pull from lane assist is not dramatic at all and doesn't bother me - easily overridden.
