Infotainment profile logout?

Anyone else faced an issue whereby they get logged out of their profile on the infotainment system and are unable to log back in?

Not sure if there's an issues, as the app is still reporting I have a full tank, my car being unlocked, and having only travelled 16 miles today (I've got nearly 200)

yes i have the same issue, cannot login into my car profile........also the app was not working this morning, but now it is (with indeed the info from my morning status). I also just logged into my.seat/portal and see that the latest info is still from this morning 08:27.......so yes something is wrong....

this morning I could log back into my profile in the car, however now the app on my cell phone would not login. Also my.seat/portal will not login for me....it tells me something like 'we need to activate your services'....and i need to add my VIN (which i did not do yet....)

Update : Now the app was working again, only my.seat/portal still nothing...

So this morning I started the car and the infotainment system informed me that "I hadn't logged in for a while and so should do so" or words to that effect. Strange considering It's always logged in. So I tried to log in and received the please wait message. It's reassuring that this is impacting others and that there is something going on with Cupra. I've also now received a software update is available message although nothing appears in Settings.

This is really poor from Seat. They have the technology to contact owners in advance and alert them to down time - yet they do not.

That's all well and good, but the way it's handled was absolutely dog ****.

I was driving down the motorway in custom driving mode, and when it went down I got booted out of my profile. That reverted ALL the car settings to default, so my audio changed but in addition, it changed my custom driving mode back to default too, whilst I was driving...

I left my car at the airport for 7 days and checked the app for where the valet parking company would take it. Very handy.
However, it automatically logs you out (at the car level) after a period of inactivity and the app became useless.
Surely, it would keep you logged in. Anybody else had this?

That's what happened to me today, on a first drive in 5 weeks. I was logged out while driving, radio station switched to something random, gearbox changed from D to S and Front Assist switched back on. Also had 4 speaker bangs during that short drive of around 20 miles.

Yup had the same a few times. I finally have my car booked in for a software/firmware update next week. I’ll report back if it seems to solve this issue too.
