hello everyone, sorry for the delay in giving you feedback, I had a chance to better test the automatic lane change and it works all right, one question, what is the difference between Hc_variante 3 or 5? I tried with both and it works with both
thanks

I want to retrofit the travel assist as well in the Seat Ateca (it looks like it shares the same steering wheel as the Leon). I currently own a Seat Ateca from 2022 (DSG, Xperience, paddles, heated steering wheel), and don't have the travel assist button.

However, i found a lot of different subtype numbers after the steering wheel number 5FA419091. For example: 5FA419091ESWW or 5FA419091EL.

What are the differences between those? And is it sufficient to just look at the steering wheel for the "main" functions as:
- Paddles
- Heating button
- Travel assist button
- Stitches colour

Or could anyone explain the differences? For now i am able to get a 5FA419091ESWW, so hopefully it will be sufficient.

Hi everyone,
I am quite new on this forum and I plan to retrofit my Cupra Léon which only has park assist pack L.
I want to get the travel assist and to do so, I bought a capacitive steering wheel and the obd11 with pro pack.

I have one question related to the tightening torque to be applied to the steering wheel.
It is written 30N.m plus 90 degrees.
Does it mean that I should apply 30N.m with a torque wrench and then add a 90 degrees rotation to the M12 screw in the center of the wheel ?
It seems to be a very high torque.
Did you get this information from official maintenance documents from Cupra or seat ?

Thank you in advance for your help ☺️

Attention! I don't work according to specifications! I always tightened the screw with common sense. Nothing has happened in years.
I manage to get the official information from Cupra and the recommended torque is 30nm +90degrees. ☺️

Were you also told that it was an expansion screw and that you needed a new one?

🤣Non info about it.
I tried to modify the long coding as described here :
Select Adaptive cruise control 13
- Select Long coding
- Select Capacitive_sterring_whell
- Set to Installed
- Select Travel Assist
- Set to Activated

But I get a common error when trying to validate the code : "Something went wrong, please try again"
I tried to open the bonnet (hood) et try it again but nothing is working...
Do you have any idea ?
