Finally got managed to get and swap full set of ergo seats from Octavia 4. Rear seats also fits 1:1 
Front seats both have massage and ventilation. Ventilation still is in process as need to change BCM and Climatronics, but lets see how it will end. Any way, I am satisfied with this seats, very comfy and memory seats works as they should.
Later will bring car for detailing cleaning, so seats and interior will be cleaned well.
Here we can compare original seat vs swaped one...

I was be successful in enabling ventilated seats in this car.
All necessary wires I was pulled already with seats retrofit...
First of all I changed BCM to HIGH version to get needed LIN outputs.
After coding and testing that ventilation is possible to turn on (and working) by OBD11 I went for buying climatronic from Passat B8.
Received climatronic, it was working after correct configuration, and software update for climatronic itself as it was supposed to work with MIB1 unit not with MIB2.
Only thing was, its not possible to turn on ventilation by physical button on clima if heated seats was turned on last (it remembers last thing - heating or ventilation) switch over these "modes" is on MIB2.
As Seat MIB2 software not support this kind of switchower graphics, I went for cross flashing to other brand software. I started with skoda software, everything was working as expected and I was happy, but then I realised that MIB graphics are too "škoddy" and I wanted something more neutral, so went for VW software. Then I changed graphics to seat images and at the end I have MIB unit with VW software and more or less with seat graphics in it. For me its ok solution, as I can now turn on seat ventilation on and switch over to seat heating also.
Ahhh, almost forgot, Passat climatronic not fit well in seat dash, there is different shapes of buttons (at least I did not liked how it look) so I decided to transfer passat electronic board to seat clima housing - boards are identical by means of button positions and dimensions, so after swapping boards everything works great. Probably one day will get to laser tool and engrave "ventilator" signs on seat heating buttons..

So, as I had retrofitted seats from Octavia 4, rear seats came with seat heating also. Was trying to figure out best solution for control buttons in center console but there was no chance for "ready solution" in Leon case. I was try to fit center consoles rear part from Octavia 4 (as I get it with interior), it is totally different, then was try to use only "control module" from octavia, but there was no space in Leons panel to place somewhere it in.
Then I was inspired from user @cairus, he used Octavia MK3 buttons and cutted them in rear panel, it was only really available solution in this case.
Only thing, I used Audi A6 C7 buttons for seat heating, as they have red illumination, to match interior illumination color (Octavia MK3 have white illumination and Yellow "on" lights, audi all are red).
So I disassembled Audi button trim, measured buttons and leons rear panel then printed stencil on 3D printer to cut holes in rear panel..
Hole cutting technique borrowed from user @grabania (he advised how to cut holes for ambient RGB door pocket lights).
I glued stencil to panel, drilled holes and cutted out button shapes. Probably quality could be better, but for first time it is quite ok.
Buttons "frames" holds there in place thanks to hot glue (of course). But buttons itself are removable as should be.
Done wiring using skoda schematics (for buttons audi schematics, there is different pinout). And wuola, rear seat heating is also working. One option more in this car. And my kiddo also is happy in winter.

Washer Hose (Škoda) - 565 955 663 C ( 4m long and comes with needed connectors at ends already)
T-Piece - 5J0 955 975 (better to use Y type, but there was long delivery time)
Washer Hose Coupler - 1J0 955 875 R (used under the bumper, to easy disconnect in case of bumper removal)
Connection Part - 1J0 955 875 P (used under the bumper, to easy disconnect in case of bumper removal)
All parts except housing I ordered in skoda-parts.com/, great prices and fast delivery.
Swapped camera from old housing to new one, fitted almost straight away, but because of rubber surround was need to cut some rubber "ears" inside. Otherwise it fitted perfectly in new housing.
I 3d printed camera stencil for easy hole cut, glued it to the bumper (checked all dimensions etc not to cut any other plastic trims behind).
Cutted hole with rotary tools and small 1,5mm endmill, finished sides to be straight with some file.
Water hose in the trunk is located at right side under covers, I found hose, cutted in half, inserted T piece and connected with new hose. Hose routed out trough rubber grommet where all the cables goes to outside (hell of a job).
I added one more coupling point to the hose like 50 cm form camera, like when remove bumper, I can lover it on the ground and then disconnect hose and do not need to reach camera itself. This is not necessary, but I thought it would be better.
No any wiring not need to do.
So assembled everything back and and tested - works great. It works when You wash rear window (same like other VAG cars)
P.S. one day was not putting back covers in trunk, just to be sure that no any fluid leaks, and everything was fine.
P.S.S. To remove old and put new housing I was need to remove number plate holder frame.
