Engine swap

Hi everyone,

I’m soon picking up a Non R 2003 seat Leon Cupra 1.8t and I’m looking to do a BAM swap on it and I’m just wondering what I would need to do the swap? Obviously the engine and what else? Ecu? Engine loom? Etc? Just looking for a few tips!

Engine, wiring looms, ECU and ideally the matching clocks. Boost pipes and recommend fitting a FMIC whilst youre at it.
The downpipe also differs to your existing one.

Different MAF too. Twin intercoolers if you don't want a FMIC.
Some of the power steering pipes are different too. And the coolant flange on the block.
