Hi all
I am looking at adding an amp for the main four speakers and putting a sub in the boot. I have hit a problem with intercepting the speaker cables from the Nav/Stereo unit. I have tried to use a breakout quadlock connector but the way the stereo unit is housed it fits in a 4 sided sleave. There is no room to get the adapter on and route the cables, I tried splicing just the speaker cables but even then the additional bulk of the splice caused problems. I could solder these and make as small a joint as possible but I am wondering where people have connected into the speaker cables anywhere else? Even if it is just the fronts as I can keep the rears on the original output.
Thanks for any assist.

Will make up any harness for you..I went the dsp amp with plug and play harness to run main speakers, then run the mono amp off that
