the cabin filter should be 10-20 pounds. The best ones are the anti bacterial filters (the include anti pollen+carbon functionality)My comments:- I always go one better and only fit either Mann Precious version or the Valeo equivalent version of this pollen filter.
Also, SEAT workshop manual advice that you insert something like stiff(ish) plastic sheet below the old filter before pulling it out - the reason being that there will normally be "stuff" on top of the old filter (air incoming side) that will then fall down into the cabin fan. I had some A4 sized laminated sheets so I either placed 2 or 3 sheets overlapping in the space below the pollen filter, then pull them out "as one" after removing the old filter.
I agree that the instructions that are given by the aftermarket filter brands wrt removing the trim piece and the filter cover are not too helpful, I've only removed/replaced the pollen filter on my older daughter's 2019 Leon Cupra twice - and each time ended up getting stressed about maybe causing damage when forcing parts off - so ended up referring to some notes that I made after the first pollen filter replacement!
Back to the £360, seems like a bit much for a quick engine oil and filter change, with a pollen filter change added on - those that can will normally do these jobs themselves, or even just the pollen filter - those that can't might just have stomach getting "rodgered" for the sake of staying within the warranty conditions.

Or you could try a local VAG Specialist as that would keep it in warranty (if they use the recommended parts)
VW Midland are a VAG specialist who charge £130 for an intermediate service plus an additional cost for the pollen filter if that needs changing too.
The full service costs £300, including pollen filter, fuel filter and spark plugs with Haldex and brake fluid changes charged separately.
They also update the official Seat online service record.
I expect other independents to charge similar prices, depending where in the country they are located.
