yes i know guys another n249 bypass thread sorry but this is werd n doing my nut because the EXACT thing happend th my onvi yellow cupra my 1st one. right did the n249 bypass lovely no probs 4 a couple of days then all of asudden you can bearly hear the dv its like a whisper n the boost gauge...

im going to try the n249 bypass am i right in saying i just need vacuum hose or do i need a Y piece connecter i will ask oly 20vt to assist me as he has done it and live 5 mins down the road from me i think nick barnes done the bypass i will ask him if it maid a differnce also

Last week or week before i did the N249 bypass.... now then as far as i can tell, i have checked all the pipes are in and there are no boost leaks at all... the DV (forge 007) now sounds different....almost a flutter......when you lift on.....rather than the nice kinda darth vader...

tryed to do the by pass but when i went for a drive fink my car has gone into limp mode its not mapped yet but i do have a miltek valve so i fort it would be ok. i didnt use any new hoseing i just re rounted the old hoses. anyone got any idea i no im a bit short on info to what i have done but...

hi guys just brought my cupra but there is a leak coming from the turbocharger bypass valve it looks like its broken from where the dump valve joins to it i was wondering could anyone tell my what this does and could i just block it up until i get time to get a new one or should i not drive it...

Just wondering how many people have bypassed their N249, and out of those people who have reverted back? Since doing the bypass to my car it holds more boost but I'm yet to do a vagcom log to see how its going. I'd reccomend the mod to anyone but I've read of others reverting back, if you have why?
