downpipe

My KO4 Octavia has a 2.75" downpipe fitted, would there be much benefit upgrading to a 3"? Or is it a waste of time. Bear in mind mine gave same RR result as a ED30 with Stage 2+ on the same RR

Turbo to downpipe nuts.. Removed the backbox and mid section, now at the front... What tools do I require to get to the nuts properly? Should I be undoing them from the top or the bottom? Believe I need a universal joint and some stubby spanners.. Is there anything else I could do...

Finally saved up enough for the Milltek downpipe, fitted it this morning, what a pita! Jkm are advertising free fitting (ie no 10 % discount) well worth it imho! Turbo bolts, particularly the top one under the manifold are an absolute pig, the nuts are "stiff nuts" and only a stubby 17mm spanner...

thinking of getting new exhaust system,from cat back?or including sports cat? any recommendations?is there a good power increase.

Hi im having a new 3" downpipe and sports cat fitted this week, but next week im fitting my new INA Manifold, will the new downpipe fit the INA manifold the same as the standard manifold? or should i wait until afta the manifold has been fitted? Thanks, Paul.

ive had a rite carry on getting a new milltek back box of Awesome gti because of a stock misunderstanding or something and was wondering if any off the cat backs i mentioned would mate up with the Milltek because ive heard there a rite fart on and have to make adaptors up and what not. any help...

Tried to remove the downpipe today, appears the bolts are seized, turns a bit then just feels like it's cross threading. Any tips or tricks to save me having to drill them out?[:@]

Cheeky little trip to AMD today for the 80k service and a new Milltek downpipe kinda fell onto the floor, bounced and knocked the old oem one off the car, then somehow wedged itself into the gap, knocking a new Pipercross into the airbox on its way. Ooops! (The Mrs didn't believe me either but...
