    as stated is it as easy to replace glow plugs on my fr as it is to replace spark plugs on a petrol? not done this before myself and one of them is not working, but been qouted 45 quid to replace just one when i can get 4 replacements for cheaper providing they are easy to do

  5. Can you retrofit the 'easy access' seat mechanism

    As above, i am fed up having to move the seat forward manually to let people in the back. If i could get the mechanism i am sure i could fit it myself. Any advice is appreciated!

    I noticed at the weekend whilst doing a service on my LC, that the alternator belt was looking in poor shape. Is it easy to change? I don't have a haynes manual at the minute so not sure what the process is. I'm guessing that the alternator moves and is the tensioner for the belt but not sure.
