Hi all, I've had my Leon since January and I've always noticed it slightly holding back between 2K and 3K when the power band kicks in. It's not just lesser acceleration, it's a noticeable hesitance. Then the power comes in at 3K and off it goes. I had the fuel pump in the tank replaced a couple of weeks ago as it was leaking out the top. After it was done it seemed the hesitance was gone. However it now seems it is back and last night and today, on every journey the power now cuts completely, at least once. It starts as a juddery on/off power then just dies through the years unless you dip the clutch where it just dies. Start it up and off you go. I've unplugged the EGR as I was getting error codes P1444 and P0403. We also noticed the brake vacuum pipes were split so until I can call TPS just taped them as best as we could. It's still got the on/ off then die, turn it on again and go. It happens once per journey and only really if you seem to be booting it but that may not always be the case. I've changed plugs and leads which made not discernable difference. I haven't done the coil that supplies the leads yet but may consider it unless anyone on here has had the same issue??

I did do Search but most results like google just came up with 1.8t's not N/A.

Thanks in advance.
