this thread is very inspiring and very informative i am doing convert myself i have used similar engine and qpeng system is very expensive 9,139.08 ZAR but i had to have to make work i am having problem with master servo of braking so my friend told me i needed 5mm spacer so i am making from old master cylinder conector and hoping this will work once i seal with rubber i think and hope i can come to england to shows on 27th
todays progress:
Got the intercooler piped up, adapted the water line to clear the turbo intake, and just generally aapted things because the intercooler piping was in the way
finally got everything plumbed in as it should be... took me a while to do because of the positioning of the turbo across where the water lines go but i got there
3'' inlet to the turbo passing directly where the waterlines should be, so had to trim back some pipes, adapt some hoses, use some random shaped hoses etc but it all got in there... all be it closely
all new hoses too so its all clean and fresh... just cant wait to start it now and hope it doesnt blow

all i got to do is the little bits and a small bit of fettling to get everything perfect...
not as easy as it looks this turbo lark... always turns out to cost an arm and a leg more than the other arm and a leg you just used to pay for the first lot of bits
cheers mate, seats look lush, just dog uncomfortable... ive just bought some OMP lumbar supports to see if i can get them feeling better, otherwise ill have to put them up for sale... they ache my back after a while unfortunately
