Nitrous! Love it! Your car is pure P0rn brother! Just a question, where is your battery located? I didnt see it in the boot? did you move it for space or so that you could move the induction closer to the front?
haha cheers mate, yea its located in the boot now... I moved it so it looked neater, but also so i could get the big ITG filter in there which wouldnt have fitted otherwise. I used to have a fairly small air filter on it as it was the only thing thatd fit, but i needed a bigger one for bigger power
Very cool man, did your car flow differently with that setup to the one you had previously? My filter is in the airbox and guys told me if i took the airbox out i would suck in hot air so i should move the battery to the boot and extend the induction to the front. your thoughts?
well i went from a smallish open foam filter to a BMC CDA which is an enclosed one, i noticed a big difference to the BMC and the induction noise was nicer. Then when i upgraded again to the ITG the difference was huge, spool was easier, louder, and just sounded healthier... I wouldnt swap away from my ITG now
Ive never had the standard airbox though so i couldnt comment on that, and apparently the ITGs can interfere with the MAF sensor, but i dont have one of these either so it doesnt matter to me
