no you can't..
but you can get a clue, do a log of block 020,002,115 for cf timing maf reading and boost , fourth gear start from 2000rpm all the way to the red line. pedal to the metal
and post it here.

Logging these blocks will not tell you anything about fueling which is block 031 btw. His car would hit limp mode if there was a big difference of boost above what was requested, in addition this was probably mapped out, more than likely the sensor is bad, I would take it out and clean it before replacing it.

ive just removed my intercooler pipe and my turbo seals must be leaking alittle oil could this be my problem?

you will always have oil in the cooler and pipes as long as its not loads your ok

the boost problem was the spark plugs, the garage that serviced it for me put the wrong ones in
