I have finally got my THS front mount fitted and since I've never posted pics of my car yet thought I'd put some up, of the intercooler nd pipework and some shots of the cupra itself.

Excuse the cable ties on the pipework they were just used tep when fitting

Ive always liked that intercooler, if i knew about THS before i got my forge i think i would have gone down that road.

Good work though mate, looks like its sitting more to the right though?

It is ever so slightly but near as damn it, had to trim a bit offthe bumper on the left so you can see the samco bend a bit more.

Maybe a bit of perfecting is needed? This one looks spot on IMO.

you cant beat the THS intercooler way better than the laguna one...

Only 100quid brand new aswell...Beattie and rob told me about this so im starting to get the bits nexted week when i get paid.

Could you do me a favour please mate..
And Right a list down on what hose you use and what bends and jublie clips ect..

As ive gotta order all this yet...

1 x 65mm 45 degree samco bend
1 x 65mm 135 degree samco bend
1.5m length of aluminium pipe
20 x 50-80mm stainless jubilee clips

Fabricate a few brackets and cut off a few bits here and there andjobs a good un!

Thats a nice bit of kit that intercooler, I like the way the hoses show on each end of the cooler

Its getting alot more popular now, Looks 100% better than the laguna IMO.
