2 problems - Slow windscreen wipers and broken door lock!

Isnt that the tool to use once you have removed the nut? Ie just to get the arm off the spindle

Yes it is, why wont your nut undo?

Probably due to the screw driver like tool- not generating enough torque- will try a spanner when I find one!

Have you looked in the mirror?

Just kidding, socket set is your best bet and pre-soak with WD40 would help.

ive posted many places asking this question but ive had no relies, can anybody help! i am half way through disconnecting the locking mechanism but i need to remove the lock barrel. i have followed guide with pulling handle and undoing the screw but all thats happended is my handles really loose! the lock does not wiggle or move at all, what am i doing wrong??
