20 psi on standard map :S ???

been out in my lcr tonight had a game of footie jumped back in car to go home thats when it all happened..

my boost gauge shot round to 20psi then down to 10 but started stuttering ??

i few miles down the road the traction control light comes on ??

anyone have any ideas

sounds like n75 related problem not opening waste gate when it should..this deviation between actual and requested boost will bring on limp mode (tcs light)

ahh ok would you suggest the race n75 ??

could it be a split pipe maybe.

even whn im just toodling along when i gradually put on load it will pause then just hit full boost without putting my foot to the floor

that sounds very similar to when i had a loose hose on the n75; could also be a loose hose on the dv; worth checking both

had a good look at it today and found my problem..

the hose to the n75 from the charge pipe had split ..

popped upto motoscope and bought a length of red silicon hose..
