2002 alhambra 115 tdi smoking?

hi all
i have a 1.9tdi 115bhp alhambra
which recently had a new turbo fitted
i have added cat cleaner 2 fill ups ago to clean exhaust system after turbo dumped oil down exhaust
now only when the engine is warm car has white smoke when excellerating
do i need to replace the cat or could this be another problem like egr valve ?
the car is not using oil or water and has not been overfilled
the car runs fine and is not running lumpy

any ideas?

Is there any excess black smoke at all? If so that could be a boost leak.

Hi All
taken cat off today....found it was blocked by coked up oil cat looked knackered
no oil in down pipe thank god

i have now taken cat out and refitted the pipe without it as a temp measure
smoke proplem is now gone
