It really does look like your brakes have been painted before, they usually say Seat Sport on, but it looks like yours are totally red. What colour were the wheels before, Matt, Gloss or Satin black? I think they looked awesome, the charcoal looks just as good though.

I'd like my wheels done black and then repaint my calipers yellow.

They were matt black before, really crap DIY job though - I much prefer the charcoal, in direct sunlight (a rarity in this country I know:lol:), they look a lot lighter :)

Calipers I assumed were painted before tbh, I was thinking of re-painting them black, with the seat sport detailing in red?

Looks spot on mate all you need now is to wash it and refurb the callipers as the paint looks really bright on them

It had over 20 hours of paintwork correction over the course of 1 month - not that you'd know to look at it in those photos (although the Raceglaze 55 is still beading well ;)), it gets cleaned every week mate lol.

As above, i'm thinking black calipers and seat sport red detailing - what do you think?

Cheers

Anthony

I've had my car machine polished before, looked amazing but I can't afford to keep up the finish. Maybe next year I'll get it detailed for the show season. :( I know how good a detailed black car is though, photos don't really do it justice ;)

Can't say I'm sure on the black calipers/red detailing look  I think it may be a bit too much black given that the wheels are a dark colour too. However, it's up to you. Personally, I want black wheels and yellow calipers on mine but I don't think everyone will agree with me lol  People mod to be different anyways :D

I dunno i think they would look ace with the black and the red detailing on them! Yeah its hard to keep the car clean these days with all the grit they put down i wash mine every saturday or sunday if the weather is good but living in Scotland its rare to get a nice day

- Pillar gauge pod arrived from Nomad today
- Autogauge Oil Pressure gauge ordered to match the Boost gauge
- N112 and N249 valves removed

Rich do it bud, this looks amazing in the first couple of pics with the black wheels, prefer them black instead of charcol tbh

Brakes also looks like they have been painted to me too as they usually go pink and have the seat sport logos on them
