2010 Seat Leon SE CR Parking sensor issue

Hi, on saturday i bought a 2010 seat leon se cr with only rear parking sensors.
When i put the car into reverse the sensors beeped for 5 seconds and then stopped. I know this signals that one of the sensors is not working.
I then plugged an OBD2 into the car and it said that there is a fault with the front parking sensors.
Since there are no sensors on the front im wondering what the problem is and how i can fix this?

Could thr previous owner had some front ones in but didn't turn it off within the car so it still thinks it has them... Maybe changed bumper and didn't have vcds to disable it.. .

I may also be talking rubbish haha

I was thinking something like that. Ill take it to my autospark to see what he thinks
