20v downpipe and sports cat

if i was to have this fitted to a standard cat back system, would i see any sort of gains in either power or sound?
I would have the rest replaced at a later date, its just a chap i know has one he wants to get rid of!

I was always under the impression that the downpipe and cat were where the highest gains came from with aftermarket systems so i would assume you would get more power. Would it definitely fit onto the standard rear section?

yeah should, it came about as it was a custom one that didnt get paid for and didnt make it onto the car
