30k Annual Service

Phoned my 3 local dealers and they all came out at about £230.

1.6 Hours of labour and an oil change and not a lot else. Are they extracting the urine with that price? I'm sure it should only be £150 odd quid.

getting my timing chain done at a 60k service for £380 so I think thats the most expensive service u can get, I sertainly wouldnt be paying nearly £300 for a 30k

think so yer, not sure if its brake fluid as well.

had my 30k service done last weekend at Humpris SEAT in Oxford, total bill was £167 and that was including the additional Brake Fluid Change, so £230 sounds a little steep

£380!? Thats cheap. I was quoted around £600 for the 60K timing belt change Service, by my local SEAT dealer. I could go elsewhere, but that'll mean my car will no longer have a 100% full SEAT Service History!?

Why are Services so expensive, or are SEAT prices on a par with VW / Audi?
