312mm break upgrade, what hubs?

Hello,

I hope you can help.

Basicaly ive got a mk4 with the 312mm upgrade already done, This included replacement hubs as it is a pd100.
So, I snapped a drive shaft and the wheel bearings etc are destroyed. The stub axle is stuck in there. My hub has the ABS sensor on the top, all the other ones ive seen are on the side.
I am getting an engineering shop to remove the broken bit so I will have an empty hub casting left.
What wheel bearing bits will I need?
What car are my hubs off?
Thanks for any help, nobody seems to know and any help would be brilliant.

Thanks
Dan
