a few mods to do

got tomorrow off work so going to get somethings done. a got my splitter yesterday which am fairly sure how to fit it but iv got some rear light tinting spray and am woundering where to start iv read a need some paint lacquer to put onto the lights before applying the spray, will any do? and will it be best to remove the rear lights to do it?

I would start by NOT tinting your lights

it will come off using thinners, my bro used them on his mk4 golf lights, wouldnt recomend it tho,

1.they look disgracful on mk4 ibiza (unless ur car is black)

2. the thinners could easily destroy your lights as it basically will just eat them as you apply it

dude, I would suggest that if you have to ask whether or not you need to remove the lights to spray them then you probably haven't got the skills to be able to tint them properly.
I don't mean that in a derogatory way - but seriously, if you try to spray them in place you'll end up with overspray all over the back of the car, you'll miss bits and (I'm assuming you will be doing it outside) all sorts of cr*p will land in the paint and ruin it.

When I did my Mini lights (on a black Mini) I used a light dusting of black spray paint followed by a few coats of clear lacquer.
You need to be sure because you'll never get the spray off properly afterwards without ruining the lights.

Don't forget, any tint spray will reduce the amount of light your bulbs emit, leaving you more likely to get tugged by Mr Plod...(believe me, I know!)

after what 65COUPE has said a think its best if a leave it to someone that knows what there doing, so iv rang me mate who sprays cars for a living . going to get my lights done, spray the front and rear badges black, get me calipers painted red and debadge it all at once. my car is black as well.
