Add Performance Monitor (and others) via Android Auto

Hi folks,

Just discovered this cool piece of software. This is something that VAG could enable natively in the infotainment, but apparently they're not into it.

Hi!

Yes, I did. It worked fine.

I'm now trying to get the dealer to activate the Offroad and Perfomance menus, which are available in the MIB2's infotainment.

Lets see how that goes.
