I went to view a 2010 cupra yesterday

Everything went good, condition of the car was really good and it drove really well.

But I asked the seller if I could do a VCDS scan on the car and I go the following errors

this is the one that scares me the most, I have tried to do some research into it but I have not found anything that 100% confirms what is needed to fix.

second fault is

Has anyone had experiences of the above faults?

I have told the seller that I am concerned about this codes and will research them and get back to him.

I've seen lots of links like that but even on that one someone has replaced the n80 valve and still had the fault.

Some think it's the carbon canister and some think it could be the N115 valve

From Rosstech

Possible Causes
Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Regulator Valve (N80) faulty/jammed
Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Solenoid Valve (N115) faulty/jammed
Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Sealing faulty
Pipes between Tank Breathing and Throttle Body leaky/blocked

It's a private sale so can't really demand things.

Suppose I just have to decide if I want to risk having to replace all of the above or keep looking for another car.

Had the same 001089 Evap code a year ago and changing the carbon canister fixed it.
It's a very common code and it seems not to cause the car's a problem, some guys on here have just ignored the code in the end.

I wouldn't worry about that code at all.
