Advise on setup for Koni Coil overs

Just wondering who else has these, and what setting they find best for drive-ability and fun.
I had it on its softest setting for a while as GF was moaning about it.
Have the OZs on now, so ive changed it to 1 and a bit turns harder, seems better, but wondered if any1 had sussed it yet.

Also, how does every one rate these coil overs? Good? Shite?

i think a majority of people have the fks , and the bilsteins ,

Koni stuff's meant to be quite good TBH

You're best off getting them professionally set up. I'm getting mine done at John Noble Motorsport in Chesterfield.

put them in 15mm higher than you want it to end up, theyll drop in the first 100miles.

ive had them on the car for 6 months, its just i wanna get them set up properly. might look at getting them set up by a motor sport company as suggested by Roelich, any1 recommend any in the south east? Near Basingstoke/reading area?

the suspension on the car is fk konigsports they were all set up and laser aligned by big boys toys in december 06 when they were fitted
