Aerial part number

As my aerial is broke Im after a new one what is the part number for the actual rod. The part number I got from my etka was 1M0 035 849 not sure if its right though

u sure you want that 2 foot aerial that looks higher than the car itself? lol no idea the part number tho... i was lookin at a black bee sting thats about half the size (i never use the radio anyway)

well as mentioned before mate my aerial is ****ed. I took it apart today there was a little bit of metal that comes off the end of the aerial I took taht out anyway. Im missing the end off the stock on (got snapped on garage door) I reckon with that Ill get decent reception, which i dont with any other type of aerial tried 4. I also have an aerial amplifier built in as well.

I dont know what it is its really annoyed me since I took the stock aerial off my reception has gone crap. I even took the actual antena apart too see if there was a problem (not an easy task taking it apart)

get a honda s2000 one, good reception and looks just like a bee sting one

guiness obviously you have some type of wiring elecrical fault with you arial do you have an aftermarket headunit?

rash how would a aftermarket HU affect the aerial? unless its pulled out the back of the HU?

a weak connection or a failed connection or the wrong type of wiring will cause this also where the antena on the roof comes throught the roof there could be some faulty connections there

the factory Alana head unit has an aerial amplifier built in, aftermarket ones normally don't

well i still cannot get my local station in my driveway with my alana or kenwood so u know lol were did u get the s2000 aerial from?

or ebay or do my mod chop the top part of the arial off looks great and no real loss of signal picks up classic fm super for my dinner break, good old jamie crick!!! helps me destress after stresfull morning

well am not overly botherd about identifying the problem as I can just buy a stock aerial and have the problem resolved,
