i need some new aerowipers for my 56 plate cupra anyone know where to get them from? apart from stealers cos ive looked on internet and halfords cant get them. Any help would be much appreciated thanks.
Might be worth checking the dealers.

When I bought my Passat, the wipers desperately needed replacing. Went to my local car shop but they were out of stock.
So I was forced to go the VW dealers, and was surprised to find they were the same cost as the local parts shop.

Might be worth a try

I got a set of the sparco ones from demon tweeks. Work great only downside is there is sparco printed on them at the front

mine judders all the way across the screen, in the current weather conditions i can see better through the screen before wiping than after! :ban:
My rear wiper is utter crap too - totally pointless even using it as all it does is smudge the dirt rather than clear it.

I just use normal (but good quality) front wiper blades. Combined with Rain-X on the screen they work perfectly well for me.

Similar to Ally... I previouslly used Valeo Retro-Fit Aero Wipers on the front of my car and thought they were pretty crap to say the least. I eventually replaced with a new set of normal wipers (Bosch Super Plus) and they work a treat - no need to change them again yet.

I use a Mk6 Polo one on the back, after changing the back blade it still sucked - the Polo one works perfect though the trimming was a bit of a pain.

Do the facelift MK4 rear wipers fit the pre facelift MK4's with no messing?

If so I'll go buy one from my dealer.

That might be something you need to get and try - I couldn't think it would be that much different anyways.

The Polo one is cheap and easy so most people get that.

would a mk6 polo single wiper kit fit ? seen these in a venom motorsport advert in a mag.

Has anyone bought the Ibiza rear aero wiper from VAG Parts?

Jus wanted to know if there is a guide on here of how to take the current one off and replace it wid this one.

Thanks

yeh I bought one from there I searched 'rear wiper' on here alot came up, I sifted through and took people's advice.
Basically you need to cut alot off the bit that goes around the washer jet bit and its fine. Had to test it a few times and barley tighten the bolt that hold it on on the wiper stops halfway up.

Polo rear wipers fit, I have my one at home as I have no rear wiper, welcome to buy it if anyone wants it?

Fabia blade is too long, scratches the 3rd brake light.
