Air Conditioning Not cold when stationary? Any Ideas?

warmer when stood still could be the fan not operating correctly and no condenser airflow unless moving or the gas needing recharge as the compressor is running at slowest speed and pressure as its engine driven and sat still usually means tick-over

Mine is back and working. Appears to have been the fan control module. Is now replaced and everything working ok again.
